Dr. Tam saved me in a true emergency! I was eating dinner and cracked a tooth. We were in the area from out of town for our 30-year wedding anniversary and did not know a dentist. The Universe directed me to Dr. Tam and I was so fortunate that she took me right in. As someone who is terrified of dentists, I did not know what to expect. She calmed my nerves and talked me through every part of the procedure. In fact, to be sure I was fine, she gave me happy dog to hug during the process. I only wished I lived in Sonoma. I would be a regular (never thought I would say that). Highly recommended!
I was scared of the dentist all my life. I had to get emergency dental surgery and the staff were very kind and helpful.
Dr. Tam is the best. She always advises the best treatment for the specific problem. She explains it well and let's you know the cost up front. She is very careful and always assesses if there is pain. Her staff is friendly and professional and I highly recommend Healdsburg Dental Spa.
Dr. Tam and the entire staff were incredibly helpful and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. They genuinely care about their patients.I had a terrible toothache that gravely needed help and a surgery and within a few hours Dr.Tam was able to help me and I no longer feel any pain and I've never felt happier.

Yes, one star reviews are harsh and often unwarranted, but bear with me. This place has been harassing me nonstop for years since I switched dentists. I received phone calls daily until I finally blocked their number, and I still receive letters and cards saying "Where do we go from here?" in the mail once per week. I can only imagine how much time Dr. Tam has her staff devoting to hounding previous patients.Why I left? I was originally a lifelong patient of Dr. Everson before her practice was sold to Dr. Tam. The atmosphere and service changed drastically from that takeover. Suddenly the hygienists and Dr. Tam were super focused on upselling services that were not necessary, and constantly pushing for add-ons.Due to the uncomfortable experience, I switched to a dentist in Santa Rosa where my new hygienist happened to be someone who had left Dr. Tam's office due to the constant pressure of upselling. This is not the experience I'm looking for when I go to the dentist. A dentist office should be honest and up front, health-forward and without ulterior motive to talk you into spending more money with them.To Dr. Tam and her team, please take the L and leave me alone. I will not recommend your services to anyone.
well I had a problem at Fitch Mountain and they could not help me and so they referred me to this to this dentist Healdsburg dental spa and this is how I got here and I’m very happy and she helped me she got my root canal so that I could get a root canal really fast and she helped me get my work done and I’m very happy. Thank you.

I came in on vacation for a chipped veneer. The room I was in in was cluttered and the dental assistant fumbled through getting the "required" prep awkwardly. She offered me braces which is extremely odd because my teeth are perfectly straight as I had gotten out of braces recently, not to mention I live over 1000 miles away. I waited over 1 hour to be seen by the dentist, and it took another hour for a TEMPORARY filling to be placed so I could move along with my day. Mind you I had made an appointment, this was not a walk in. The dentist was trying anything she could to rack up unnecessary charges knowing that I was desperate. Then after placing the filling she was rude to me because I requested for her to shape the tooth so it matched the others and did not look like a chunk of white plaster stuck to my mouth. I received the rest of my bill and it shows that the dental office submitted almost $900 in charges for ONE TEMPORARY filling, which I am responsible for almost all of it. I do not recommend this office to anyone looking for an ethical, organized, caring dental office.Update: It has been 8 months, I paid them over $800 for the horrible service, and today in the mail I get a bill for $125?? No explanation of charges, nothing! Billed in June? I live in TN, I have not seen these monsters since October!!!
Great service, staff is kind and supportive. The hours are flexible, my first time I went for an emergency, was serviced on the night of! Awesome team! Super thank ful for them and the support they've provided.
They made me put a review on before I left the office but I’ve taken it down!! They took so much money without regards to anything I was experiencing!! My entire partial fell out of my mouth after I saw them. You couldn’t see that was wrong and fix that?? You try to push Botox and every other sort of fix and all I needed was my teeth fixed. I gave you over $11,000. I’ll never recommend someone come to your office!

5 star service. Had a dental emergency swelling in the the face. Got in same day. Went in and found out I had to have 3 teeth pulled. Dr tam really did a great job explaining the procedure. Same with the post op treatment will recommend to any one
Absolutely horrible! I've called 5x and emailed the dentist regarding the care that was provided and have had no response. The dentist is extremely pushy and makes you super uncomfortable. I have asked to see a breakdown of the charges for 1 tooth being pulled and she charged my credit card $4200. No tooth should cost that much. I've asked MULTIPLE TIMES FOR A REFUND OF THE WORK NOT DONE WITH NO RESPONSE AND STILL NO PAPERWORK OF WHAT THE CHARGES WERE FOR. Guess I'll be paying a visit to the office so she can say it to my face. Rude rude unprofessional dentist. Never would recommend this horrible place. 0/5 stars

I had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction on May 5th and I have a horrible fear of the dentist. Dr. Tam made sure I was fully comfortable throughout the procedure and has really earned my trust. I really appreciate everyone in the office. I had a panic attack and could feel the care from everyone and it was really appreciated. Thank you Dr. Tam and your team.
Best dentist in the world! I had a tooth that went south on me, it had to be extracted and Dr. Tam was flawless in helping get out of pain and she was so kind and understanding. She genuinely wanted to help. I moved all of my dental care to her after my procedure. We did a follow up appt. The third day after surgery, did some xrays and exams. And i had a cleaning . If you’re looking for a dentist, i wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Dr. Tam. I’ll never go to another dentist in my life. The best!!

Had fast amazing service! Made me feel very comfortable after having very traumatic experiences in the past with other dentists. Helped take care of the pain and problem and made feel better about what steps to take next. Dr. Tam and her team are amazing! The level of care that they provide is incredible.
Do not recommend this dentist. Staff works one day a week to release records and if you have mother appointment or second opinion, good luck! In addition, we tried to physically pick up dental records and they told us they have 15 days to process. My son had an emergency dental situation and they wanted to charge $4,200 which is outrageous. We decided to get another opinion and that is when we were treated unfairly. If I could give no stars I would.

I never usually leave reviews but this office is the best dentist I've ever been to. Like every one else, I hate going to the dentist and absolutely dread all the discomfort that usually comes with it but Dr Tam is so sweet and very attentive to any pain and fixes it right away. Addressed every question I had. The rest of the staff are also so sweet and helpful.
